Stretching Therapy
Stretching Therapy Each session is tailored around the needs of the client. The session begins with a mild elongation of the shortened (tight) muscle tissue. As session progresses, the muscle tissue is stretched using the "Active Isolated Stretching Method" to its furthest point of relaxation. The opposing muscles are also stretched to create equilibrium between agonist and antagonist muscle groups. This type of therapy is extremely beneficial for anyone suffering from chronic lower back pain, headaches stemming from tight trapezius muscles, and general aches and pain from tight muscles as well as regular fitness training enthusiasts who can assist tissue repair through lactic acid removal and re-oxygenation of muscle tissue.
