Be Your Best Self! OUR ASSESSMENT INCLUDES: At Activebodyz, we strive to help our clients be their best self. Everyone is treated on an individual basis. In order for us to help our clients adopt a lifestyle of health and fitness, we must first know all of the above points. There is no better tool than a well conducted fitness assessment when it comes to client safety. We use this assessment to create individual exercise programs for our clients and give the best advice that we can give. This assessment has helped many of our clients not only see the visual differences in their physique, but also in their performance and the ability to see on paper the actual differences in improved scores and meeting personal goals. Each session begins with a brief warm up to increase body temperature, avoid injury, and increase flexibility in the working muscles. Depending on the clients goals, training frequency, and level of fitness, the client is paired with one of our Fitness Professionals that will design an appropriate fitness program based on initial Fitness Assessment Scores and clients goals. Whether you are a novice or an experienced fitness enthusiast you are guaranteed to achieve levels of Health and Fitness above and beyond of what you have in the past. Prices |
