Levels of Progression 1 is a detailed workshop focused on the three largest muscle groups that make up the human physique and how to train them properly.  In the fast world we live in, time for training in the gym is sometimes compromised by daily obligations.  It is common for most fitness instructors to agree that by working the three major muscle groups effeciently you can target the stabilizers, synergists, and the core.  This workshop teaches the fitness professional how to assess for proper execution and form for the basic exercises for the legs such as the squat, and lunges, lat pulldown and row, and chest press.  We start by analyzing execution, proprioception, and lead into progressions from the basic form to challenging variations that involve challenging movements that involve stability balls, Bosu, unilateral implementation, static holds, and many other ways in which to make a simple exercise very challenging. 

All students will learn how to:

*  Assess proper exercise execution
*  Learn effective coaching skills
*  Demonstrate proper form
*  Identify Prime movers and stabilizers involved
*  Create challenging yet applicable routines

First Hour:  Assessment and Proper Execution
Second Hour:  Live Demonstration of progression protocols
30 min break
Last two hours:  Active class participation in all drills and protocols
