Instructional Practical Clinic Enrollment Form
This class is a superb addition to all NFPT-CPT graduates. Candidates exhibit the skills acquired while
attending the NFPT workshops by actively working alongside workshop instructors and teaching the new students
all aspects of the practical class segment. This class will satisfy 1.0 CEC credits for the year and you
receive another certification.
Class Outline:
Candidates will be assigned to work with groups of new students.
Candidates will proceed over the course of 8 hours to perform and instruct all practical skills outlined in Practical Handbook.
Two 15 minute breaks will be allowed for the day.
Lunch will be between 12:30 and 1:30.
Upon completion of supervised instructional skills and dismissal of new students, candidate will perform
verbal questionnaire by instructor and sign off on skills.
Candidate will pay instructor a $20.00 supervision fee.
Certificate of completion awarded with 1.0 CEC.
Certificate will be mailed within 2 weeks of completion.
Policies and Procedures:
Students are required to wear appropriate attire suited for class purposes.
Water and snacks are permitted and recommended.
There is a NO REFUND policy as part of this enrollment, Class size is limited to 20 participants.
Rescheduling fees will apply in the amount of $25.00 if student no-shows or needs to re-schedule for any reason other than medical emergencies.
