I will abide by all N.F.P.T. Policies and Procedures as described to me by Mark Smith, Class Instructor
and State Representative for the NFPT.
On test day, a $20.00 proctoring fee will be payable directly to test proctor. This is a separate in addition to the class total.
Upon enrollment student will be provided with a downloadable and printable pdf format of the study guide.
A hard copy of the manual may be purchased for $25.00.
A minimum of $225.00 must be paid upon enrollment if choosing the optional financing payment plan.
Finance charge will result in additional charges totaling $36.00 derived at 12% of $300.00 balance due
after enrollment deposit and will be added to final payment.
I understand that there is a no-refund policy as part of this enrollment.
I understand that the examination is a closed book examination and that failure to abide by these rules
can and will forfeit my eligibility and all monies paid to sit for this examination and workshops.
Program must be completed within six months from date of enrollment. Failure to complete the program within
allotted time will result in forfeiture of all monies paid and registration will have to be renewed.
