CEC Enrollment Form

These classes are sponsored by Activebodyz for all NFPT certified trainers, or trainers of other affiliations looking to acquire the knowledge and hands on skills needed to succeed in the industry and stay on top of the most recent education. All courses are one day, 8 hour classes. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion and earn 1.0 credit of continuing education towards the NFPT yearly renewal requirement.

Policies and Procedures:

Students are required to wear appropriate attire suited for class purposes.
Water, and snacks are permitted and recommended.
Upon completion, students will be issued a certificate of completion and a copy will be forwarded to the NFPT main office for CEC recognition. Note that a total of (2) CEC�s are required per calendar year for renewal of certification.
There is a NO REFUND policy as part of this enrollment, Class size is limited to 20 participants.
Rescheduling fees will apply in the amount of $25.00 if student "no-shows" or needs to re-schedule for any reason other than medical emergencies.
A proctoring fee is due on exam day. Proctoring fees are $44.00 for computer based exams or $20 for a human proctor.
